We believe getting the language course you want for the lowest price shouldn't be hard work. That's why we created our Low Price Guarantee, so you can always book your language course with confidence.

What is the Low Price Guarantee?

It's simple! We guarantee you're getting the lowest price. If you find a better price elsewhere for the same language course in the Republic of Ireland within 48 hours, we will refund the difference.

What does the Low Price Guarantee apply to?

The Low Price Guarantee covers virtually every part of your language course, including your tuition fee,accommodation prices,activities and excursions. You won't find a more comprehensive price guarantee available with any other language course in the Republic of Ireland.

How can I take advantage of the Low Price Guarantee?

Low Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions

Low Price Guarantee.
In the unlikely event that you find a lower rate from another Junior school in the Republic of Ireland within 48 hours of booking with us, we will credit or refund to you the difference.This Low Price Guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions listed below.
   

Notifying a Claim

• You must contact us within forty-eight (48) hours after your booking to make a claim under the Low Price Guarantee. The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us, as determined by our customer service representatives.
•  Must be 'like with like" comparison.
•  The Low Price Guarantee is available only for exact language & activity course matches, for example, specific language school or provider, accommodation (including room and board type), applicable refund policy, and the exact same dates and times as booked through us. For any stand-alone booking (for example, a stand-alone language course or accommodation), the comparison must be to the same product purchased stand-alone through another website (i.e., not part of a language travel package that includes the language course + accommodation + flights).The Low Price Guarantee is not available for bookings on websites where the school, course, or similar booking details are unknown until after purchase. You must meet all requirements imposed on the lower price (if any), including, without limitation, residency, regional and age-related requirements.
• Comparison Rates Must Be Available to the General Public Online.
• The Low Price Guarantee applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public on a website. For example, this does not include rates offered on membership program websites, corporate discounts or rates; group, charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention, consolidator or interline prices; prices obtained via auction or similar process; or prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public. The lower rate may not come from a website where you call to get the rate, or from an e-mail that you received. The rate must be quoted and booked in the exact same currency advertised on our website (and without reference to currency converters).

    Verification of Claims

• All requests, including receipts, are subject to verification. We will not accept screen shots or other purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by our personnel. Nor will we verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith. For verification of stand-alone bookings, the customer service representative will instruct you to mail a copy of your receipt to us within thirty (30) days after you have completed the rental or hotel stay. Verified requests will receive a check or credit to the credit card used for the booking, within approximately 30 days of verification.

     Changes

• We reserve the right in our sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Low Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your claim will determine your eligibility under the Low Price Guarantee. No change in the Low Price Guarantee will affect any coupon that has already been issued to you. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
